programming in ST and FB-Tristation 1131 developers workbench

HI any one famiilar with TRICON controllers, and Tristation 1131 developers workbench

I would like to know if it is possible to program in both FB and ST at the same interchangeably but with one program, and how?

Also how to represent a hysteresis block, integrator block and sample and hold element using Tristation 1131 developers workbench
