I am adding a remote rack to my contrologix PLC in 134 point I/O and have a adressing question. My Chassis is configured as follows.

Slot 0 1734-AENT
Slot 1 1734 - IE4C
Slot 2 1734 - IE4C

Slot 3 1734-EP24DC
Slot 4

Slot ? 1734-IB8
Slot ? 1734-IB8

My question is does the power supply EP24dc use slot 3 and 4
in the I/O tree with the IB-8 being as slot 5 or is the IB8 slot 5?

TIA

Bob

The power supplies and power isolators (FPD's)are transparent to the data bus and do not occupy logical slot numbers.
