CCW-Powerflex 753 Changing project firmware to 14.004 Blank error box , no active OK

I'm in the process of using CCW to download to a few PowerFlex 753 drives. All the previous drives loaded fine . The previous versions are version 9.001 , and I went into Device Definition to change it from 9.001 to 14.002 , and the Ok on the bottom went from Bold to Light Gray. Then a blank X warning came up . No discription in the warning box . Already did 6 drives fine the same way . Rebooted the laptop , same thing . Any thoughts ?
