Wientek MT8102iE data logging help needed

Dear all,
I have Delta DVP PLC and Wientek MT8102iE HMI. I want to save the temperatures in degree centigrade to USB directly or PC via ethernet.
Currently I have managed to save the temperature in USB as I plugged in to HMI and it will continue to record temperature log till I unplug the USB.
Is there any control for USB plug and unplug just like we are doing in PC?
Furthermore can I manage to save data directly in my PC via ethernet?
Kindly suggest
