I'm doing a safety evaluation for a robotic system using a FANUC robot with DCS. To do the evaluation I am using the Siemens online safety evaluation tool.

I have imported the libraries for Rockwell, and Schmersal, but can't find a library for fanuc robots. The best I have found is a FANUC safety manual which tells me the Cat, PL and SIL for a few functions.

Does anyone know if FANUC makes their PFHd information available anywhere?
