RSLogix 5000 upon installation not opening

Good Day!

Im a beginner my department encountered a problem about RS logix 5000
Version 20.01 included on the installation CD.After installation some program files pertaining to plc 5000 cannot be open.It will stay up to 4mins. hanging
then gone for nothing.My laptop is windows 7 64 bit architecture, SP 1.license key is good purchased in Rockwell.

Please Help.
