has anybody done a "user block", that delivers PID functionality?
This could have been done using simple control blocks available in e.g. the Mitsubishi Alpa PLC (only grahical programming available more info at http://www.the-new-alpha.com/en/index.html ) that doesn't have ready made PID-blocks available.
