Are you dead set on Siemens? This seems like a perfect application for Rockwell's retroencabulator products. Its been in development for quite a while now, and was almost specifically designed for a projects like this.

I would also be demanding to see the details of the endothermic feedback pulse pressure phalange matrix, without that i wouldn't even start on the job....
