Recipe transfer from remote

I am struggling to find a way to transfer recipe csv file to compactlogix 1769-L30ER from a remote location (as opposed to go to the controller and remove the SD card and transfer the recipe to the SD card directly).
Any ideas?

I think we need a little more information is that csv to card or direct to PLC, is this just one recipe or update to one of a set of recipes.
It will help if you can give as much detail as possible otherwise you will get post upon post on ways to do it that will not meet your requirements.
