Compactlogix L32E Ethernet communications

I have just purchase a new Compactlogix L32E Systems and have it configured for rs -232 communications and it works great.......however I'm in trying to establish communications on Ethernet. Have downloaded the new Ethernet eds for L32E processor and updated with no luck. Rslinx under my RS232 driver see everything even the node address I've have assigned to the processor. However nothing appears under Ethernet devices......
