ELAU PacDrive™ software?

Thank you dear,
There are a c200 controller and 4 mc4 drive in my machine
There are in other same machine too.
Ok, now when i read program with pacdrive backup from correct machine and write in pacdrive to faulty machine, i have no problem but the machine doesn't work correctly. when i change two c200 eachother, the faulty machine works correctly. i think that c200 controller has an internal program, does not.

I have a max-4 controller whit 5 pacdeive MC-4 servos. i did not have related programming Software but downloaded PacDrive 3 V3.0 Diagnostics V3.2.9.0 (msi).
Can i connect wit it to MAX-4 for diagnose. if not, is it possible to send me the right software.

Hello. The ELAU C200 controller has been obsolete for many years now. It is no longer sold by Schneider Electric (who purchased ELAU many years ago). Your best chance is to search on EBAY or something to see if you can find one.

Can you please send me a copy of Epass-4 software. I have a machine in the company that used packdrives and I need to make backup of the program. Thanks
