Programming Quantum 484 via a NOE 771

This might test someones memory,

Quantum 434
I have fitted an NOE 771 ehternet card into an existing quantum rack, I managed to get the IP address configured using Proworx Nxt, I can ping it and access the web page, how ever, I can't access the PLC with Proworx over ethernet which I'm sure should be possible. Has anybody got any ideas?
