Fatek PLC analog module FBs 6AD

Hi...I am connecting the Fatek analog module to the FBs 32Ma PLC
..But when i am retreiving data from the analog module it is always showing static data(register-R3840 value-8191) and is not changing when the sensor gives some other data..Please help mee.
I have given the FBs analog module external power supply from an SMPS.
