Rslogix 5000 Professional Download

I cannot find the install disc for rslogix 5000 V20.

I have an activation for studio 5000 which also allows to run rslogix 5000, however I can't use that to get to a download for rslogix5000 from RS website.

If I contact them and say my problem will they give me a download link? or tell me that I have to also pay for a license for rslogix 5000 on top of the studio license I already have?

I purchased my RSLogix5000 at Version 17

On that page it allows me to download ALL previous versions (back to 8.01, ans some later versions, up to V27.

I talked to rockwell, they said I have to download studio 5000 not rslogix5000. I could not find v20 on their website for rslogix 5000....

Studio had v20, I did find 1 version of rslogix5000 that had v21 and v19, but seemed to skip v20.

I didn't realize you could change the product to download on their download page at first.

Yes there website for downloads is terrible.

Goto http://ab.rockwellautomation.com/.
Click Compatibility & Downloads (Cloud icon).
Click Download (Cloud icon).
Type 'RSLogix 5000' into the search field and hit enter.
Click on 'RSLogix 5000'.
Select the version of your choice. (note you have to have an account to login to complete download).

Does any one have the CompactLogix firmware rev 20.14?

When I drill into that particular firmware version I get the message shown below. Can you run a newer version 20 firmware? I think on a previous page, 20.019 was shown with a green symbol next to it in my search. Also would be useful to know your target hardware part number.
