It looks like %AQ1 & 3 are configured as DINT most likely in the APU but %AQ2 & 3 are also referenced and/or used in logic. If the program has been running properly ignore this and set Prophecy ME to ignore it also.
The photo looks like you need a new RAM backup battery, so don't turn off power to this unit until it is changed or you could lose the program and register data.

Hi Russ,

Thanks for your expert opinion. i set controller duplicate address as ignore, when i go online and try to upload program target is not equal,i check rack cpu and module numbers position still program is not equal,

Picture and program is attached.

I am using machine edition 8.5 version.

1) i am bit confused why my program is not equal with actual????
2)do i require for APM Vmware???

what i get in from feed back zone is:

There may be a stored motion program in the APU301 module and that might be the reason for the configuration inequality.
Select the module in the navigator, press F1 for module-specific help and then go to the selection "Integration of the APM Motion Programmer to Machine Edition" for details about how to retrieve the stored program.
