Rack Mount Ethernet Switches

Hey guys...

I have a couple of cabinets with ~40 Ethernet connections coming in. I found some nice rack mount style managed switches, but my problem is mounting them. Has anyone ever seen a rack mount to panel mount conversion kit?

These are the standard 1U sized switches.
