Kinetix 350 Faulted

Here's my setup:

Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000 Revision 20.13

Ethernet/IP 1756-ENT2/D Revision 10.7 (working)

Stratix 5700 1783-BMS06TL Revision 5.1 (working)

Kinetix 350 2097-V34PR5-LM Revision 1.56 (faulted)

I go online, check properties of the faulted Kinetix 350, it views the module and it is a match but it comes up as faulted with no code being given.

I've even connected a second Kinetix 350 to be sure it wasn't a bad module and does the same thing.

I've reset, updated software, changed settings, turned off and on but still nothing works.

What could be causing this fault with the Kinetix 350 drive?

There was a post either here or at MrPLC.com about this problem and it was a setting Stratix switch.
