Any ideas on who to convert 0-30v to 4-20mA or 0-10v I know I can use a potential divider with a few resistors but need something that can be "Bought" and rail mounted rather than "made"

Need t get a 24v Battery condition signal into a PLC for monitoring over profibus. Only have spare 4-20mA analog inputs.

Just a simple resistor would get your 30v to 10v, not sure of the size you would need but I go from 0-24vdc to 0-10vdc all the time with a resistor, the size depends on what you are connecting to, mine range from 75 ohm to 300k

Not sure if loop powering them would be possible in your situation, but maybe look into Acromag's TT238. Multiple range (+/- 75VDC range in your case) DC voltage input, 4-20mA output.
