What is the value of this setting in the CP342-5 Settings?

Thank you so much for your time ....

The problem was finally solved .... i replaced the CP342-5 with a new one and it worked properly, and the CPU was replaced with the 314 ....

Of course I can't understand why the CPU was going on STOP mode! And the weird thing is that with the old CPU 315 it was working properly, but with the CPU 314 and the original old CP342-5 the whole system was completely blocking!

The reason I ask is that I came across this:

Startup Problem of the CP34x-5 in SIMATIC S7-300 Systems with New Generation CPUs31xC (CPUs with MMC slot)

And this:

New Hardware Release 4 of the CP342-5, CP342-5 FO and CP343-5

Even though you said:
6GK7-342-5DA02-0XE0 V4
I think this is firmware V4, and not hardware release 4. The hardware release is printed on the module like this: "E-Stand: 3" This means hardware release 3, or there are boxes with numbers with an "X" replacing the number which is the actual hardware release number.

Hello again...

After almost 2 years, we face a bad problem.! The CP342-5 (342-5DA02-0XE0), at unsuspecting time, the BUSF led goes RED. This situation lasts from 10 minutes to a few hours.! The weird is that without reseting, it comes back on its own.!

I checked the cables, the power supply, all these are good.!

Today it lasted 2 hours, and the problem solved only when I did RUN-STOP to the CPU....

What do you think happens? Have you ever seen this happen?

One simple thing to make sure of: that the modules are securely fixed to the rail. The "hook" at the top-back of the module and the screw at the bottom.

I've had customers with the casing broken at the top-back where it hooks on to the mounting rail, which allows the top of the module to move freely. Some remedied this by tie wrapping it with the adjacent module(s).

Doesn't hurt to check if your power supply to the CPU and CP is ok as well.
