How to disable Ctrl+Alt+Dlt in Rs View 32works

An HMI has been running in WXP in RSview 32 works. I want to disable the keys Ctrl + Alt + Dlt. Normally in System > Start UP of Project of Rs View, this option is available along with two other options (Disable Ctrl + Alt + P etc) but dont work i.e. if i do check the box of Ctrl + Alt + Dlt, after project running, the keys dont disable. Kindly help me out.

Another way would be to have a user keyboard on the computer, open it up and cut the rubber or circuit board trace for the Delete key - that way it will never work. Or if they need to use it cut the Alt key out. If you want to have full functionality then use another keyboard.
