Limit switch status as CAN message

Hello PLCS hombres!

I have a question according to input status message with CAN.

So i want to send a limit switch input status through CAN.
I have assigned a input for limit switch and it activates when limit switch is reached.

How do i make my ladder code with Codesys 2.3 if i want to send status through CAN from the limit switch status?
