PV+600 to ML1400 communication

Dear Friends
I have problem to communicate PV+ 600 to communicate with ML1400 through straight RS232 cable 2711-NC13
when I test my application using FTV ME it working properly with ML1400 through CH:0 cable 1761-CBL-PM02
but when I transfer the application to PV+600 (2711P-T6M5D8) using USB drive and run my application i couldn't get communication between PLC & HMI through channel:2 and RS232 2711-NC13
