Panelview Plus 700 factory reset

All,

I have recently factory reset a panelview plus 700 and now i cannot obtain any communication though RSLinx Enterprise Communication in network communication. I have match my previous IP for the HMI and have established my previous program though ME. I have a feeling it might just be program setting but I am curious if anyone else has had this issue after a factory reset.

Thank you, my issue ended up being that I was not over riding the network communications upon down loading the him program. A bit of inexperience on my part.
