Reconfigure addresses
I have only used Atlas torque runners with Profibus. It is most likely an address error (length, config) or a card setting error. Try to reconfigure to a new address after you check settings (some had dip switches).

Yep, no IO is allowed in the Local rack(s) of a CLX Redundancy system. Remote rack should be good to go though.
