1214 error led blinking.

check the diagnostics buffer to find how ur plc has gone to error mode!

I have rebooted it several times. Actually i've profinet communication with
cu 240e-2 pn .when i am withdrawing communication blocks from plc,no error led is blinking. It come only when I am making communication.
It is saying HW ID 264.error in lower level component.
