PLC and HMI Programming using PackML and PackTags

Hi Everyone!

For those who used to program or familiar with PLC and HMI programming that follows the standard for packaging equipment programming which is PackML and PackTags, I have some questions below.

1. Do I need additional software, aside from AB RSLogix5000 in order to apply the required PackML and PackTags?
2. Does Rockwell conduct training for PackML and Packtags programming?
3. How to perform PLC/HMI programming using PackML and PackTags?
(any links for some examples?)

What you need to look for is the Power Programming 4.2 (Standard/Basic)
You can download sample programs of each implementation model.

I wouldn't recommend Standard unless you love work. It is definitely easier to start a new machine than try and force an existing machine into the framework.
