Conical vessel volume based on level

Something like this:

r1=bottom radius
r2=top radius
ract=radius at actual height

Full truncated cone
V=1/3π(r1²+r1r2+r2²)h

ract=r1+(r2-r1)*(h/hrange)

h/hrange = actual height percentage in 0-1

Your actual volume:
V=1/3π(r1²+r1*ract+ract²)h
