Looking for a Compact 300 that I can program with TIA or Step7

Anyone know if the 6ES7314-6EH04-0AB0 is compatible with TIA? V15 Pro

I had trouble with programming S7 300 in TIA, make sure you get one with newer firmware!

Thank you, it will be a new PLC so I think I will be good on the FW
