GE Kitz 201 / 204 Software

Hi

I am looking at a Kitz 201 communications interface which has the amber alarm light lit and the Healthy light is off. I suspect that this may be a case of incorrect settings as described in the manual- problem is I need the Courier access software in order to connect to this item. Does anyone know where I could find this? (before you ask ...it's not in the box .
