mitsubishi FX5-80MT/ESS and GS2107-WTBD Communication

Hi,
Today, i got another new task. its Mitsubishi now. I don't know how to handle this. when I try to download an HMI screen, which has many data field like numeric input. but, the numeric inputs areas are blank in the HMI a=fter downloading it.

what is the reason for this? I'm blocked here for the last 5 hours.

You are not connected to PLC, or your driver configuration is bad.
