You can download FactoryTalk View Studio, and any other Rockwell Automation software product, from their website. Rockwell calls that section the "Product Compatibility and Download Center":

You must have a valid support contract to be authorized to download that software. You need to buy those from your local Rockwell Automation distributor. There are 20+ Rockwell distributors in Mexico.
