Hi,
I have eventTime as a string tag with the following time formats 719 (for 7.19) and 1310 (for 13.10)
I am trying to format this using the format()
Format("##.##",eventTime)
I've tried a few variants, this is in the tag/expression field of a text box. I have tried format set to auto and decimal, the result is my time is displayed as 719.00.

Any pointers? Also, what is the correct way to use the format function in vbscript? whatever I do it turns the word format red

Try num("719")/100

num(eventTime)/100

The result of this is 7 if format is decimal
and 7.190000 if in auto

Format("##.##",(num(eventTime)/100))
