I have a SafeZone GuardMaster floor scanner, 442L-SFZNMZ B. When I hook it up, it displays a 6, according to the manual that means its in configuration lockout. I connect with a computer and launch SCD 3.0.0. I can see the floor scanner is online but I cannot write to it stating that it is in configuration lock out. I cannot change the configuration because it is in lockout... Anyone work with these things before that can help me?
