iFIX 3.5 alarm text do not show on summary screen

Dear Sirs,
We have iFIX 3.5 Dynamics running at Windows XP, connected to a PLC5
Since last month, the alarm text and its tag are not shown at Alarm Summary, despite it opens and sounds the alarm buzzer.
Does anybody passed through a situation like this?
We appreciate any help to recover from this situation.

Turns out my Alarm Summary was filtered, by Developer, to show the wrong Node. Removing this, and selecting the correct Node resulted in my alarms showing.
