Hey everyone
I'm trynna write a program to a WEST PRO16 temperature controller, but it just won't download the program i made using BlueControl. Wont read nor write anything to the controller. I bought the right interface and downloaded the software from west solutions official website. Anyone here has struggled with the same situation?

Note: main issue here is that the controllers lost their PROGRAM'S MENU (you wont be able to select a program using the controller's display), so i'm trynna bring the MENU back.

Any help will be much appreciated.
