They look like the keys used for ensuring modules don't get swapped. What is the part number of the device(s) you get these with? I couldn't get it from your pic.

They come with all of the 2085 expansion modules.
Have you tasted them. They may be candy. (J/K)

Indeed. Had a 2085-OF4 that came with them.

The documentation references 'keyed' connectors for the attachment cable. Could it be for uniquely keying to prevent cable/module mix-ups?
