I am trying to program a panelview 300 and i was told that Panelbuilder 32 is the software to use for it, but PV300 isn't an option in the startup menu. Is there some other software I should be using?

The PV300 was a relatively late model in the PV Standard lineup. I suspect your version of PB32 needs updating to a later version. The one I have loaded om my PC is Ver 3.80 and it creates PV300's just fine.
