RSLogix 500 not support to 1400 controller

why rslogix 500 is not supporting micrologix 1400 controller?
Do I need to use any other tools, the current one i'm using is free software. Should I buy any software for that?

Are you talking about the free version of Logix 500 that only support a small subset of controllers? You need the paid version of Logix 500.

The "free" version of RSLogix 500 supports only the MicroLogix 1000 and 1100 controllers. Updates to that version were discontinued a few years ago.

To work with a MicroLogix 1400, you need at least "RSLogix 500 Micro", or the Standard or Professional licenses that support both MicroLogix and SLC-500.
