HITACHI EC2- PC communication problem.

Hi.
I have a problem connecting my PLC (which is Hitachi ec2) with my personal computer. I'm not sure, but it can be caused because of broken switch. To be honest there is no switch on my board, that's why im connecting pins by wire.
Can somebody tell me how should i close these pins in each mode prg/com1/com2? Thanks in advance.!

Installed Actsip-E But
communication is not established

CHeck for your pins on PLC side, you can also sue wireshark if there is any data exchange on the network

My Cable Connections are Fine as have cross checked many times
i think its software demo version issue
if some one guide free downloaded Actsip-e & Actwin-E works to just read data from PLC?
