I am looking for a vacuum transducer, with an analog output that is capable of monitoring a system of up to -25psi. It seems like most everything else on the market is only rated to -14.5 psi. Any suggestions?

A negative pressure less than -14.5 psi relative to normal atmospheric pressure is impossible to afford ... due the atmospheric pressure relative to absolute vacuum is around 14.5 psi.
that is, assuming you removed all the air from a cavity, you would have a pressure of -14.5 psi relative to atmosphere, never less

Rosemount 2051 and 3051 series have models which measure absolute pressure in vacuum range. Very reliable and accurate.

As Mickey has said , -14.72 psi is absolute zero for pressure - even in space . Depending on your application you may need to consider an absolute vacuum sensor rather than a relative sensor ( relative to atmostpheric pressure ) .

What are you trying to do?

As others have said, you cannot get much lower even in absolute complete vacuum (blame science).

To be correct...

There is no true "Absolute Zero" in pressure...a perfect void does not exist... yet.
But....They do a good job at pushing the decimal point at the bottom.

Normal "Atmospheric" Pressure is: 14.696 PSIA or "0" PSIG
We will discuss Absolute pressure and Gauge pressure here..

Absolute Pressure levels in the US are usually in "Torr". Other countries may use 'Bar' or "Pascals".

As a conversion reference using Torr and Bar:
14.696 PSIG = 760 Torr = 1.013 Bar
-14.696 PSIG = 10-2 (0.2) Torr = 0 Bar
End of reference for "Gauge" reading is below -14.696

However Torr and Bar keep going in reference to "Absolute" Pressure.

Some interesting Absolute Pressure facts..

The Space Station = 10-6 Torr
The Moon = 10-11 Torr
Interstellar space = 10-17 Torr
(yep..... that is in the range of .00000000000000001 Torr
