Power Flex drive outputting wrong speed to user's plc.... HIM
is reading correct but 4-20 ouput is wrong.
 
The analog output usually can be scaled in the software. 20ma usually is the motor nameplate FLA but, on some drives, it is the drive current limit setting.

Better check out which it is.
