SEW Movidrive RS485 pinout

Hi, I would like to know the RS 485 port pinout of the converter UWS21A (RS232 to RS485) or the movidrive XT communication terminal. There are 4 pins; dont know which is + ,- ,+24V and 0V.Anybody have a clue? Googled a lot. no luck
