Control net issue

Hi everyone. Please help me.
See attached picture is Rsnetwors for control net. Node 12 show: missing. I check cable connection is Ok. Control net Line A is green and in RSlogic5000 line A activated but network still fault with all devices in rack with node 12. In Rslinx also can’t find Node12.

What kind of device is Node 12 ? How is its ControlNet node address configured ?

A solid green Channel A LED generally means that the device both is communicating on the network and has operating I/O connections. If there were no I/O connections active, the Channel A LED would be flashing green.

Is this an operating control system you are diagnosing, or is it a system you are starting up or modifying ?

Please post a general description of the system; screenshots only tell part of the story.

Please see attached file is rsnetwors upload and PLC configuration drawing.
This is an operating system. Before Control net line A is working, Line B not active because Line B from Coal bunker not connect. After We connect , Line B still not active and Red B flashing. We found 1 issue in Rslogic5000 config 1 rack with control net module is Node 15 but in fact that this is Node 13. I don't understand why we not have fault. After that I changed this config in Rslogic from Node 15 to Node 13 and download. This rack still work, Line B still not active but Node 12 fault.
We have solid green in A channel control net module and other IO green flash blinking.I can see in Rslogic5000 CN2R_N12.Channel_A_Active but not see this rack in Rslins.When I tried to Reschedule rsnetwors. I have warning Device in Rack 12 not respond..
