In the above manual Chapter 3 - Programming EZPLC will show you the system registers. SR10 to SR20 will contain the information about the RTC.
You mentioned in the title of the post the Mini version.

The manual does not document the same registers as mentioned above.
I would contact the manufacturer to see if this is possible.
