May I know how to figure out the raw data value related with the voltage and resistor that have been chosen.

These raw data value will be the input min and max, right?

If you use the 470 ohm resistor, measure the resistance first so you have the exact value.
then make your calculations.

As stated above the raw data for 0-10v input for the embedded analog input for the ML1400 is 0-4095.

1.88/10=.188
.188*4095=770

9.4/10=.94
.94*4095=3849

So using the "SCP" instruction and assuming the value of your resistor is exactly 470 ohms, then

Input min=770
Input Max=3849
