problem with vijeo citect not write variable

I use Vijeo citect with Modicon M340 with Ethernet ( Modbus/TCP )
Citect read all variable ( Bool - Int ) but didnot need to write any variable . can any one help me

i found answer and solve this problem :
Modify the parameter [LAN]AllowLegacyConnection.
[LAN]SecureLogin=0
After created user and after login you usually have the right to write and modify registers.
