Can't Drag Rung/Branch in RS Logix 5000?

Good evening,

I can't drag the rung down around my inputs and outputs for some reason in my PLC program? I can't do it for any programs. I'll create a new branch and left click on it on order to drag. I see the 6 grey colored boxes pop up, but they immediately disappear. What is going on?
