Can you please tell me that which programming softwares reyire for following PLC.
1) Siemens : S7-300 (CPU314C-2PN/DP)
2) Siemens: Simatic ET 200M, IM153-1
3) Simatic S7-1200, 14DI/10DO( CPU1214C)

And also for HMI:
1) Siemens TP1200 Comfort ( 6AV2 124-0MC01-pAX0)
2) Proface, GP4502WW

The links below may help

Depending on how old Step7 V5.6 or TIA https://new.siemens.com/global/en/p...-software/automation-software/tia-portal.html
1) Siemens : S7-300 (CPU314C-2PN/DP)

2) Siemens: Simatic ET 200M, IM153-1

TIA https://new.siemens.com/global/en/p...-software/automation-software/tia-portal.html
3) Simatic S7-1200, 14DI/10DO( CPU1214C)

I think TIA https://new.siemens.com/global/en/p...-software/automation-software/tia-portal.html
1) Siemens TP1200 Comfort ( 6AV2 124-0MC01-pAX0)

GP-Pro https://profaceamerica.com/content/gp-pro-ex-hmi-software
2) Proface, GP4502WW

so TIA wont run S7-300?

TIA will open a Step7 S7-300 project very easily. Them immediately convert it to a TIA project at any edit or download.

However I was warned by a local Siemens programmer to NOT do it on a project we were working on together as it had a WonderWare HMI and although the PLC would run fine the WonderWare would not be able to communicate at all.

Maybe newer WonderWare versions can, but not that one.

Also it was my understanding that it supports newer 300's but not the older ones, that may have changed

Fair warning that creating a new S7-300 project in TIA is pretty straightforward, but migrating an old one can actually be somewhat difficult. The code in a perfectly functional 300 project in V5.x is usually riddled with small errors and inconsistencies because almost no one uses the Check Block Consistency (Compile) tool. The code must pass this check before it can be migrated to Portal.

I've never heard of any way that TIA vs V5.x would affect communication to a third party with a 300. It's possible A) that they were confusing 1500 limitations with TIA limitations B) that maybe the HMI needs to re-link to the new PLC project. Or there's always C) I'm wrong and it's totally a real issue I've never had the joy of bumping into.

When they launched it, they said TIA would support HW that was being sold as of Oct 1, 2007, if I recall. It covers a lot, but definitely leaves out some older machines.

I find that about 50% of the time I try, there's some piece of hardware (usually an ancient IO card with a new version) that prevents the system from upgrading without modification.

To date, we have migrated around 8-10 S7-300 systems from Step-7 to TIA Ver 15.1, without any major issues, just a few minor tweaks here and there. Our main driver is that we are having to use TIA for all new model HMI's, might as well migrate everything. Legacy HMI's from Siemens have become very pricey. A new MP377 is over 10,000 USD.

Most of the 300's are from circa 2012-2014. However, we only use Siemens HMI's and we only communicate with other Siemens equipment such as drives and PCS7.

My guess was B. There was no one on the project to make any changes in WonderWare. If there was it probably was a not too complicated driver change.
