Balluf IO Link Setup with TIA Portal?

Hi,

has anyone had experience setting up the hardware config for the these balluf blocks?

I have the GSD file installed but unlike S7 classic I can't see an easy way to configure each port. I've installed the IO Link Device Tool but struggling to use it because I can't find an English manual.
