Can you supply the complete model number of the plc.
CPU41 really does not tell us enough.
Most likely you will need CX-One software, CX-Programmer.

That is a CQM1 series.
CX-One will work.
Syswin will work.
You can plug a serial cable into the CIF01 unit on the left.

You can use CX-One with win 7 and a serial connection or a USB 2 serial cable that will work.
